Lots of things hang about in my mind competing for it's ability to control..
The gas pipe which is isolated but not capped
Stairs which are installed but not protected
Planning application which is registered but not complete with heritage asset statement
Fireboard which is up but needs some more screws
Labourer who is working but not insured
Acoustic insulation which is fitted but not sealed
VAT registered but admin pending
Valuation done but deed of transfer pending
Floorboards which are up but not treated
Electricity which is re-routed but temporary and not compliant
Wet rot treated and repaired in one room, but not in another
Something is fixed, but something will eventually break
The inbox goes down, the inbox fills up
Now take a break
